Dali Mpofu Biography

Dali Mpofu is a South African campaigner, politician, and business leader who served as the organization’s president from 2003 until 2009. (SABC). He joined the African National Congress in 1980, which is when his career began (ANC). He began by filling in for Winnie Madikizela-Mandela at the ANC’s Social Development Department. Since then, he has developed both his political and professional careers and for his efforts, he has received two honours.

Dali, who was born Daluxolo Christopher Mpofu, is a significant character in the history of South Africa, particularly during the struggle against the despised apartheid. It is appropriate to celebrate and show appreciation for this accomplished man for the years he spent supporting the ANC and what the organization stood for. Dali Mpofu Education

Before enrolling at the University of Witwatersrand, Mpofu originally attended the Mzomhle High School in the Eastern Cape. In 1988, he earned his Bachelor of Procurement degree from the university. He earned a second degree from the same university in 1992, an LLB.

Dali Mpofu Career

Dali was fired from his post in the ANC after serving there for a number of years due to charges of fund misuse. He left the ANC and joined the newly established Economic Freedom Fighter political party (EFF). He did, however, come up short in the Gauteng province race in the South African general election of 2014.

He did not hold any official positions in the administration after his political setback. Dr Mpofu concentrated on his commercial career during that time, holding a number of jobs.
